hello

I stayed the same again although my clothes fit better and I look slimmer to myself. If I could only see a difference in the darn numbers!! Hopefully I will have better luck next week!

Good job everyone!

I only had a .8 loss this week, but I'll take it.

I'm down 3 pounds this week, for a total of 19 pounds since I've been weighing in on Thursday mornings. I know I lost weight before that, but I don't know how much that would have been.

Great job everyone. Dawnyal that is awesome so glad to see you back on track. Keep up the good work. That goes for everyone.

I made my ninth mini goal which puts me at 90% lost. I set up 10 goals when I began. Each was 10% of the weight I wanted to lose. I only have 18 more lbs to get to my original goal. I can't believe it. I'm down 2 for the week.

Howie that is so great. You are doing so well and I can't wait to read about you making it to your first 100% goal.

Thanks all. It sure feels good to only have 18 lbs to get to goal. I will most likly change my goal when I get to 245 but for right now it's 245.

HOWIE, you're simply amazing!

It just blows my mind the way you persevere through all the tough times. You look a challenge in the the face and accomplish it no matter the obstacles.

I am SO PROUD of you, and just think you are wonderful. (bet it's got a little to do with the support of the best wife ever, huh?)

Thanks Linda that is sweet of you. And of course it has a lot to do with having a good wife to help and support.

I will be here Matt. I may join over at the maintainers group but this is where my family is.
