Lots of great losses, everybody. Thanks for the post Tammy. I gained 3 pounds this week for no apparent reason. I have not been "perfect" but not really that off either. Lots of exercise and water. It's a mystery. DCM

I decided to change my weigh in day to Sunday. I know its silly, but if I weigh in on Sunday then there is more pressure on me to be good during the weekend. Plus, it is the last day of the week and Monday is a good day to start a new beginning if there is a gain.

I got on the scale today and it was 380.2. This was 4 pounds since Thursday. I know that this is most likely just weird weight fluctuations and that next Sunday there will not be a loss of that magnitude. However, I'll take it for right now and deal with next Sunday when it happens!
