I'm new to this but would love to join your Hallowe'en challenge. I will
1. Start my program and stay on it
2. Journal everyday
3. Drink 8 glasses of water daily
4. Exercise 5x a week
5. Lose 10 pounds.
I took my measurements yesterday, I'm not sure what a reasonable amount of inches to lose in 6 weeks is. How about 6" .....
