Gina - I totally agree with that statement 100% and thats why I know that this time, I'm going to be successful at losing the weight.. In the past, whenever I slipped and had a treat, i'd have the all or nothing mentality (well i've already cheated so we'll restart tomorrow) - Now I conciously think about all the meals/snacks I'm having and if i'm treating myself... its only that (A TREAT) which doesn't mean giving up on everything else..
Afterall, I'm wanting to be healthy and everything is fine in moderation.. Its not normal to only eat healthy or vice versa, to only eat junk.
