I weighed in at 239.6 this morning so I just wanted to post a quick message introducing myself. I stalled at 241.6-241.8 for over a week, so I am glad to be over that hump. Hello everybody!

Traveller Welcome to the club! I sure know about those stalls, but, at least you were there for only a week! DayDreamer26 I know what it's like to start again. Hopefully, I've started for the last time! And, hope this will be your last start as well! We'll make it to goal and stay there!
I fast intermittently, I was hoping to be in the 220s today, but, I am back at my low of 231, and that makes me happy! Hopefully next week I'll see a new decade!

NurseMom1233: I think I may have jinxed myself a little anyway, because I have been stalled out in the same 232 range for the last 4-5 days...booo, lol. It finally starting moving down again to an even 232.0, so I'm hoping it keeps moving down from here. Fingers crossed!

DayDreamer26: Welcome back! When I came back here to 3FC at the end of December, I was starting all over again too, so I know how that feels. I gained everything back and then some, but I have a feeling this was my last time starting over -- and, I bet it will be your last time, too! We've got this.
opheliaphoenix: I really do hope so... There is this 'wall' around 198 lbs that I always struggle with... So I guess I should be extra watchful once I get there this time around.

I'm so ready to be in the 220's again! It's so exciting to see the weight coming off! I started at 249 lbs and I'm 231 as of yesturday! It is hard I want to get to 145lbs by Christmas! I know it will not happen overnight but it would be more encouraging if it did 😂

BethMartin I hope you have been able to break into the 220s, you haven't posted in a few days.
OpheliaPhoenix I bet you are in the 220s now with all your walking and IF work.
NurseMom Congrats on the new low, I hope its continued for you.
I am at 230.4 now, so making some progress over the last month. My weight is coming off a little more slowly than my first 60# came off now, but it still seems to be coming off. I walk either at the park 4 hilly miles or at the gym 2 miles on the track and 2 miles on a treadmill at an incline of 10-12% every day and do some weights every other day about and eat about 1250-1350 calories a day now. Good luck all, I will be happy to enter the 220s very soon.
Hi! Just finished a long week visiting with my son from CA. We camped all weekend and my weight dropped crazy fast. Yesterday's weight was 234.6 and today was 235.6. I'm sure some of it was dehydration and it might fluctuate a little but I am firmly in the 230s! Can't wait to see some of my fellow gals from the 240s thread here.
so I guess to start again...
