Davisag, so sorry to hear about your job loss! I know that is super stressful! I have been creeping back up to 237! Ack! I have lost my weight with LCHF and intermittent fasting. Last week I was in rare form, just ignoring my WOE and had beans and rice, too much. I even had birthday cake last night! What??? Oh, well. I'm putting an end to that reign of bad choices and back on my plan today.

We slip. Looks like you saw your downfall and are making changes. Good for you.

Thanks, Davisag! I'm 236.2 today, hoping the majority of the gain is fluid retention.

Oh JellyBelly, welcome back. I am down a couple of more pounds to 234. I'm back on track. Any updates on your progress since starting back?

Hi guys!

After giving it a few days to make sure I stayed under the 240 mark, I am officially back in the 230s with a weigh-in of 239.2 today. The 230s have always been notoriously sticky for me whenever I have gotten back to them -- not sure why, it's just a weight range that my body likes to get comfortable at I guess, haha -- so, my hopes are to really focus and get through them without any major hangups, aside from my upcoming TOM. Fingers crossed!

Hi Davisag losing a pound a week is a great goal! I would love to lose consistently like that.
Ophelia, congratulations on making it to the 230s!! I am discovering that my body is liking staying in the 230s similar to when I hit the 260s. I was 233 this am, so, I'm pretty happy with that.

I weighed in at 238 this morning. I hope this isn't too much info but I have been getting up at night to pee so much, I think I lost these 2 pounds in water weight.

Davisag: Thank you!

NurseMom1223: Thank you, and congrats on hitting 233! Even though I am a few days late in saying so and you may be lighter by now, lol. I think I might be getting lucky this time around, because I had a whoosh that is helping things along and was at 235 even today...but, I'm afraid to say much about it, because I don't want to jinx myself and have my body remember that it likes sticking here in the 230s. Hahaha. Not sure what it is about this particular decade that bodies seem to like so much. Hoping I can just slip on through quietly.

petitemommy: Congrats on getting into the 230s, as well! And, I know what you mean about getting up to pee a lot...drinking this much water again definitely has its drawbacks, lol. But, hey -- at least you're getting some of that water weight flushed out...those whooshes are the best!

I'm 237 today. This means I made it to my first mini goal of losing 3 pounds. My next mini goal will be 2 more pounds.

Good luck everyone!

I'm holding steady at 237 this morning. I purposely did not buy the boys candy that I like so I wouldn't be tempted to get into it. I have a problem where I have trouble saying no to loved ones who want to make me food. I swear my d.h. gets offended if I don't want him to cook for me. Also I don't need to clean my plate.

petitemommy Congratulations on the 3 lb weight loss, and smart not to buy candy. My hubby is similar to yours in that he loves to cook and does get upset if I don't eat what he serves. This has gotten much better over the last year and a half or so of my weight loss efforts. I just remind him that it doesn't have anything to do with him, I just want to be at a healthy weight.

Ophelia SO FUNNY about not bringing too much attention to our decade! Yes, we will hope our bodies will not notice that the 220s will be here before they can do anything about it! I am going to be fasting. Hopefully this will give me the boost I need to get out of the 230s.

Y'all have a great time, thanks for checking in!
