Hello everyone,

stuffing my face did make an impact on the scale this morning. Last Thursday I weighed in at 290.8 and today I was 293.4 I have gained 2.7 over the weekend

So today I will do my 19 exercise challenge I gave myself for 2 weeks, I have reduced my calorie intake for today right down to 1100, and so far I am doing well (4.35pm). I will also hopefully fit in a walk with the dog after dinner if the rain stays off (I have a pathetic 12 year old greyhound cross who hates the rain and would rather sleep than walk). It looks promising so far.... I have some weightloss cathching up to do!

On a good note I go away on tour in 2 weeks time (which is why I have my challenge in place). I play the Tenor drum within a Scottish Pipe Band and we play shows around Germany. The last tour I went on was in May and I was literally bursting out of my kilt and my waistcoat. It was very uncomfortable! I decided to try it on today to see if it needed pressed or cleaned and I looked great in it! instead of hanging on the last belt notch for dear life, I am now on the 4th, or even the 5th (out of 6). I look pretty darn good in it

Hello, everyone! The last week or so has been total crap around here, so I haven't been online much. Suffice it to say that church politics are a hot, nasty mess and I am quickly fed up with them.

I haven't been recording my weight but am weighing in between 154 and 156 every morning. I've been super busy and on the go so have been practically living off of coffee and microwaved tortilla/cheese. Not the best, but at least it has some protein in it I suppose.

I'm off to pick up kidlets, fingers crossed that my oldest didn't get into trouble again today. He's had a tough week.

Gale02 so sorry to read that you have had a rough week all around. Hope things turn around quickly. Here's to better days ahead.

Scotsgal how awesome that you are in a band and play drums too! Great for you that your uniform fits so well now. That's always a great NSV.

I learned yesterday that I will have to work this coming Saturday. I am not a big fan of working weekends, it gets so busy and tiring. At least I'll have Sunday and Monday off to recuperate.

everyone.

I hope everyone has had a good week and looking forward to the weekend. It's been a very long week for me but in some respects I feel like I've accomplished more while being under a time crunch then when I don't.

Today is our final program in our series for new transfer students. The events have gone very well and been well received. I don't think I could have asked for anything more for a first effort. I'm pleased and after a breather will bring my team together for a debrief meeting to discuss what we can or should do differently next year.

Wishing everyone a good day.

Hey, everyone! I'm happy to be done selling furniture, but anxious to find out when I will start my new job at the church. Love those people but boy they move at a snail's pace!!

I had to give up the 21-day challenge because the morning videos the woman posted wouldn't show up. I found out this morning that she is changing servers. Good idea!!

Anyway, I had been doing lousy getting through the last couple of weeks at work, but I am back on track as of this Tuesday. I am back to working out and eating right. It Helps when I don't have any bad-for-me food in the house.

Take care! (*national coffee day....I've already had 4 large cups!)

I end the month with no loss, but I know it's not possible to have gained two pounds overnight, so I'm sure I'll start October lower than where I am this morning.

Finally found my whoosh! Down 1.6 to 210.2. Don't think I posted a starting weight this month because I started it on vacation, but I know this much, this is a loss for the month. I haven't seen 210 in a couple of months now. Hoping I can maintain this downward momentum in October.

Good morning So I ended the month at 210.4. Kukkie, once again, you and I are living in some sort of parallel universe regarding our weight loss I'm off to a meeting so I'll try to check in later in the day.

A happy Friday to all!

I didn't weigh in this morning, it's Balloon Fiesta here and I had to be out the door with all 3 kids by 6:30. I only got half a cup of coffee in and was very grateful for my dry shampoo and sunglasses today. However, yesterday I weighed in at 155, right in the middle of my maintenance range so I'm pleased with this month. I didn't get all the way down to 153, but I rarely see that number so I don't fret about it. As long as it's under 158 I'm a happy camper.

Just popping my head in today. Its late here (8.30pm) today's food has been bad

I got up late and had my boiled eggs and toast with cup of tea which set the day off well. I then had to take my car to the garage, get a taxi to the super market, do a monthly shop, get a taxi back to the house and put it all away, then go pick up the car again. By the time I got back, my mum walked in the door from finishing work. I hadn't had lunch, I hadn't left something out for dinner, so I ordered take out

It was an Indian Korma with rice and naan bread with a can of soda. I really hope that it doesn't affect my weigh inn. I promise to walk all day tomorrow around the town to try and burn off as much calories as possible, plus I will have a very low cal day just to make sure

Closed out the month with a visit from my parents. I didn't weigh the whole time they were here, but before they arrived my weight was 296.8... so a loss of about 6 pounds for the month.

See you all in October!
