I'm looking forward to the weigh in tomorrow. I hope the scale is kind. I've been good this week, but I always worry what the scale will say.

, any loss is awesome, but looks like you lost another pound that you aren't counting. 1.9 is a great healthy weekly loss! Imagine how we'd look if we could lose that much every week.

So...I've been eyeing this thread since Rennie posted it, talking myself into and out of participating in the first challenge. I'm a veteran of the "Make [insert year] Your Goal" challenges so I thought I'd just jump on to second challenge since a couple of weeks had already passed me by. Then I thought, why not go for it? There are still five weeks left and weight can be dropped . Will 2016 be my year? but I do know that your efforts and successes inspire me

I've set a 5 pound goal for this first challenge.

Nici, hahaha thanks!! That's what I originally wrote... but then for some reason I came back and changed it thinking I was 218.7... I have been stuck around 218 for the past week, so I guess it's the only number I can think about! Thanks!!!
