Well it looks like I managed surprisingly to get 1 pound off this week. I was extremely happy to see that after last weekend.

I would like to put a weekend challenge out to you all to come on here both days and post why you are going to eat healthy each day. Lets try to help each other out.

I can't believe there is only one week left in January. I am glad to see winter going quickly.

I am going to eat on plan today because I know it was I need to do and I want to be good to myself. I want to be healthy and feel good and add some years to my life. I had half a veggie omelet for breakfast and will stay away from trigger foods the rest of the day.

I don't think I am as much as a stress eater as one who eats out of boredom, or because it is there. Just like the tater tots. I ate them because they were there. My big thing at work was mindlessly eating at my desk. I would get a bag of cheese popcorn and finish it in two or three days. Now that I am packing my snacks and lunch (always took lunch), I have something better to snack on instead of junk. It is helping, but planning is the key.

You can get a ticker here or at tickerfactory, and just post the link in your signature. Also, thanks for the words of inspiration. I purposely didn't tell anyone at work I was beginning a diet, and the timing really had more to do with how I was feeling than the new year. I will just keep trudging on, and hopefully continue losing weight in silence. My office mate knows what I am doing, but no one else does.

I was down another 2.5 pounds this week. I'm pleased with that. I've lost 10.5 in three weeks. Yay me!!!

I will stay on plan today, because I like the way I feel, and I like seeing the scale move down. I also need to plan my week ahead, and cook some of my meals.

Happy Monday everyone. I stayed on the food plan all weekend except I had wine on Saturday night. Too much wine, but I'm back on the strait and narrow now. I made chicken and chopped salad vegetables yesterday, so preparing lunch and snacks for the work week should be easy. Have a great day. See you later.

Well shoot! I messed up my own challenge of being on here both days this weekend. lol I did do really well this weekend though. I had my treat night Friday night and ate well both Saturday and Sunday. We worked like crazy in the house so I got lots of exercise too. We are painting and I had to remove old wallpaper boarder and clean the walls so it gave me a good workout.

Good for you. I did have too many beers this weekend. But working on the house it was medicinal. lol It usually does not effect my weight much either as long as I don't eat extra and count the calories.

I was able to do a lot of things around here too. I got the christmas trees down and out of the house.
