Hi Abt74!!! I wish you a ton of luck! The beginning of the Optifast is the hardest as you are adjusting to not eating and getting into Ketosis...but after that if you work the program and stay true - the program works!!!

Thanks Nibog! I just finished my first week and my weigh in is this AM. It has taken all my power not to step on our home scale! I have followed the program to a T so hopefully my results will be good even though I'm also PMS'ing. Ah well, fingers crossed!

Today was weigh in #2, I only lost 3 lbs for a total of 8.5 I was a little bummed because I thought it would be more. But that really is a lot of weight in two weeks and is better than I have been doing in the past so I'll take it!
I've read this entire thread to follow your journey on the program. WOW! Big congratulations to you on your success! You are really inspiring, and proof that when you stick with something and believe in yourself, it works.
