Thanks Kukkie , I love when you check in. How's Peanut doing today? I wish Angie would come back also. I'm trying to keep my head up so that I don't give . Trying to keep it positive like Olivia says so far so good

Thanks great LGW I changed the front room around last night for my treadmill to come out of storage. We moved to a smaller place and there really isn't space in this house but it's for my health so it needs to be in here since we don't always have gas to make the trip to the gym.

Still at it (and still with water weight). The pants I bought in February are loose though so something's happening. Be back for personals soon!

That's right, love2b150...keep it positive! Positivity will manifest great things for you....and also keep the stress levels down

I went to that specialty shop and got a corset-style strapless bra. It comes all the way down to the waist, a nice snug slimming fit, and it holds my girls up like you wouldn't believe! I'm still in shock! For this particular bra I wear a 38DDD, but I was told that in a regular bra, my cup size would probably go up a couple (maybe a FF/G). I'm just happy to have found a bra that I can party all night in!

Things are going good health and fitness wise. Keeping it positive and keeping it moving

After gaining back most of what I had lost and just getting back from vacation, I feel the need to get my butt back in gear so I am going to try to post daily.

I was good today - no nibbling on the multitude of Easter goodies that somehow found their way into the house . . . .

Gotta take some weight off for the summer!

Mama_Angel - all the best for your son's surgery. How old is he?

Rennie - I just love your attitude; totally miss you when I'm not here

Olivia - I'm a 38 H and for the longest time, I could not find a proper fitting bra. Very skeptical of buying online without trying because every brand fits you differently. I lucked out in my area there is a plus size store that also sells bras, and while I no longer fit in their clothes, I still go back for the bras. Maybe you can try something like that?
Kukki: Our son is just now 9 months old. He's having surgery for a skull malformation and it will hopefully fix the enlarged ventricles in his brain as well as giving his cerebellum more room. If it doesn't fix the ventricles, then he will have to have another surgery for that part

I didn't weigh in today, but I have had a few people at work tell me that I've lost weight or that I look great. So that's always a plus!

Hey friends! Time is like flying by lately. Work has been a whirlwind as always...I have been able to head to Katy Trail here in Dallas and workout, along with getting my portions and food under control. Lost about 6 pounds since the start of the month, which is great. Ended last week and started this week sick with a sinus infection and still had to fly so my ears, nose, and throat are still recovering. Dr told me NO cardio this week so of course everyday I have CRAVED wanting to jog. Such is life, right? In other good news, I did receive news I am getting a pretty big promotion at work to a National Manager position. Marking off some bucket lists items (like management before 30, salary goals I privately wanted to accomplish before 35, etc) all at age 27. All this hard work is paying off...now I need to put my same successful formula towards my weight loss and man would I be rocking and rolling. Crazy how success is funny like that, right? Never taking time to smell the roses and pat ourselves on the back when we are overweight- always feeling like we are still inferior or failing b/c we can't be a certain size or weight. Maybe it's just me that discounts myself like that.

Rennie, just now saw your PM, thank you!! I think of you often but man, hours and days are flying by faster than I can keep track of my last post! Your posts are hilarious and resonate with me...the daily and hourly struggles, and the excitement when we see ourselves staying on some form of a plan for more than a day!

Kukkie, glad peanut is healing! Congrats on the compliments. Oddly enough,195 was my "turning point" for the compliments too. I had lost like 45 pounds and people would keep it up, nice work but when I went from 198 to 194, people like drastically changed their comments to OMG this is crazy, you are dropping weight like crazy now. I was like what?? I guess at 194 and lower, I went into smaller sizes and size L not XL so maybe the clothing also helped.

Olivia and LGW, thanks for the perspective and motivating quote. I emailed it to myself to keep close by. Congrats on your personal accomplishments. Keeping posting and updating- its so motivating!

Mama, praying for you and your sweet child that all goes well and healing can begin!

Wahine, better job than me! My boyfriend packed some Easter candy in my work bag because he knew I was sick and TOM hit me this week too so he was trying to be sweet. It worked, lol.

Lindy, great job getting back on track...thats the first step. I'm with you there!

RadioJane, congrats on the loose pants!!

Hope everyone has a good Thursday!! Travel day for me so Thursdays are my favorite day of the week!!

akelly728 - congrats on your promotion!! I hope your sinus infection clears up soon!

It's a good morning! I'm excited to get to the gym to jog! I hadn't jogged in a couple weeks since I had been having back troubles. Now that I feel all healed up, it's time to get back into it. I need a better sports bra. Bouncing these babies around probably contributes heavily to my back problems

194.75 lbs today. Same as yesterday. I'm very pleased with how my body is looking and how my clothes are fitting. I'm starting to get room in my size 14's!

Hope everyone has a great day!
