Happy Monday (if thats possible) lol. Firstly, hope all my southern friends are staying safe and alert during these crazy storms!
My weekend was good and bad. Lost 3 pounds for the week overall, but did not stick to my plan the whole week. However I am still making strides and improvements, and eventually all pieces will fit together nicely and this process well continue on its way (at a faster pace I hope!). I jogged 2 miles straight without stopping yesterday, that was nice. Legs are burning today so I didnt get on the treadmill, but all the walking I do in the airport was enough in my mind

Pumpkin, I have the exact same problem on weekends! I guess I'm just not busy enough to keep me away from 3 meals and late night snacking!

LGW, good for you on the brocolli vs potatoes! And for doing some cardio to help balance it out. Thats the key - moderation and expending calories when we consume more than normal! Great inspiration!
