Getting closer KarinRose.

I am up a little, 243.2. Hopefully from walking.
It sure did. Down to 241.5. I'm sure yours is from walking. You'll probably lose the gain plus a little extra once your muscles recover.

Way to go Aveezy44!!!

I'm at 248.4, this decade isn't moving as slow as the 250's, now that I'm back OP and doing green smoothies. I've also been taking ballet, and I love it! Just once a week, but it's a great exercise and it makes me feel graceful and nice.

For Saturday's weigh-in, I'm going to see 246, I KNOW I can!!!

239.5 Woot!!!

Probably going to give it a few days to see if I stay in the 230's before jumping into the next thread.

Hope everyone is having a great week!

Wow! Congrats Avezy and Streudel!

I've officially gone from the "firm fat" stage to the "I feel like a walking water bed" stage! I'm just so squishy! Going to be meeting with a trainer soon to start firming up the muscles underneath, but still! Ew!

Thanks KarinRose!

I had to chuckle at the waterbed comment. For some reason, it made me think of the mattress planet in Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy.

About to throw my scale out a window....

My scale has gone up about a pound each day for the last three mornings but I haven't done anything to merit that! Exercise has been consistent, I have been on plan, not TTOM, should not be ovulating, have not had extra carbs or sugar or sodium....

I am really annoyed that people always assume this is an easy, linear process. The truth is that it is truly frustrating. It's like suffering from alcoholism, not drinking, but getting hangovers anyways.... Embarrassing and frustrating.

I have been really off plan for the last month. Luckily I haven't gained too much back. When I weighed myself a few days ago, I was at 248.6. Not too bad for not focusing on my weightloss at all for awhile. It's been a rough end of the semester and I have been taking a lot of time to stress over getting an A in my A&P class. The program I am trying to get into is pretty much impossible to get into without an A in that class and I think I am finally sure of my grade that I am not too worried about it. I'll be studying tomorrow all day because we have the final 2 exams on thursday. After than I am working some overtime on Friday and Sat so I have decided to go ahead and take Sunday to be my official restart/cleanse day. Ahhh! Everyone seems to be doing so well since I left. Keep up the good work!

Kailpea - I was just wondering where you've been! Sometimes you just gotta take a little break. Welcome back to the wagon!

247.3 this morning. Getting there... had a pretty darn good gym day yesterday. I've restarted the C25K, Wk 1 last week, and I skipped to W3 this week. I felt pretty good in the last 3 minute jog, I was steady and focused!

I was rambling to my bf last night about being less fat, and how excited I will be when I can shop in a regular store. He's noticing the weight losses a bit more now. He calls me Skinny Pants I like it! I also really would like to GO somewhere. On a trip, somewhere, to do something fun. With hiking and zip-lining and all sorts of fun active things that I would never have been able to do before!

I anticipated that I might have trouble getting beyond 235 because years ago I was stuck there for a long time...but I never thought it would be so hard to get to 235! :-(

It is making me upset that I am completely on plan and my weight is continuing to inch towards the high 240s when I was at 243.2 so recently and did nothing I can think of to make it go up. If I had been off plan I would understand but I am so baffled.

Why can't this process just be linear???
