Congratulations on everyone's weight loss this week. I had a two pound drop myself, but went up one pound last week. So overall, i've lost one pound into this challenge. Will check in next week! Looking forward to a happy valentines day in 2014!

I'm so sorry Scarlet. You have a wonderful attitude and determination in taking care of your health!

This week is going to be a WASH. TOM put me up 9 pounds in 24 hours on Saturday. Four down, but five to go to get back where I was. BOO HORMONES!!

Hiiii, I wanna hop on I'd really like to be about 170 by at least Valentine's day. Hopefully I might even be seeing 169 on the scale by then because I was a size 13 when I was that weight and I have a stack of them calling my name! 28 lbs is a bit of a stretch for that time frame, but I'm willing to shoot for it anyway

2.4lb loss for me this week, but my weight has been holding there for the last 5 days. was hoping to see 314 this morning. No such luck.
