I love this too! Mini-goals saved me along my weightloss mission. Keep your eye on the big prize but concentrate on the smaller ones.
Mozzy's quote on her posts talks about losing 5lbs 20 times and that always stuck in my head. Seems so much less overwhelming than thinking about the 100 I had to lose.
