I really like Chickieboom's post which rings true for me. Kinda reminds me of that quote- "One year from now, you'll be glad you started today" or is it "One year from now, you'll have wished you started today"? Anyway, yea.

I love this too! Mini-goals saved me along my weightloss mission. Keep your eye on the big prize but concentrate on the smaller ones.

Mozzy's quote on her posts talks about losing 5lbs 20 times and that always stuck in my head. Seems so much less overwhelming than thinking about the 100 I had to lose.

I started losing weight a year ago this month (March 22nd to be exact). The big picture was overwhelming, and honestly I never thought I'd be where I am now, yet here I am!
