Didn't get in my workout yesterday, but drank tons of water (over 144 oz!), so I think that helped keep me moving down. Weigh-in was 273.4 today. Week One looking good so far.
On the 1st, I reached my first mini-goal of a BMI under 40. I was a little afraid to weigh myself this morning for fear I had gone back up. Turns out I lost another 0.6 pounds!
I don't know why, but I was SO hungry yesterday. I ended up needing to work out for more than an hour to make up for going over my calories.
Weigh in was less impressive, but still down today at 273.2. I worked out yesterday for the first time in a long time and didn't get as much sleep, so that may be part of it. Still happy to be going downward, though!
Does anyone else notice that they stall on weight or even gain a bit sometimes the day after a hard workout?
I notice a stall when I use weights, but if it's walking/jogging/cardio, it's a nice little whoosh, as long as I'm hydrated. I also stall out if I don't sleep enough. immaculate, you're showing a 10 lb drop overnight chica!! I think you typo'd, otherwise, send me some diet secrets

I'm heading in the wrong direction with TOM. I'm also not really liking this TOM. I feel like I'm in a funk. Oh well- this will all be behind me next week.
February was a wash . . . I'm not even sure what my weight was on the last day of the month but I know it was close to what I started the month at so that's the number I'm going with. NO MORE NUMBER GOALS FOR ME . . . I'm just going do what I know I need to do and let the numbers fall with no pressure.
