So, I've always been kind of afraid to weigh myself on a daily basis. I know myself well enough to know that daily weigh-ins
could lead to bordering-on-unhealthy obsession, but I've never actually tried it. If nothing else, this will be good experiment. If I find myself fixating on the little fluctuations to much, I'll just stop.
My "official" weigh-in day is Monday (bolded).
