Last week was rough with my grandson breaking his arm and all the hassle we had with getting his cast (and getting it cut off and then replaced) - I turned to chocolate a few too many times. Although I didn't gain, I think I would have had better losses if I had stayed on plan and drank more water.

I'm in...a day late! BUT I have my weight from yesterday. Sorry my scale does kilos (yes, I could change, but I'd have to figure out how.

Start weight: 238 according to last Monday's weigh in.
Goal weight: 233

04: 107.6 - ughhh I hate it when I record low on Sunday because my app then records a blip up as a weight gain to overcome for the whole week. :-( Ticker weight 237

12: 106.2 - nope couldn't stay that low... Not surprised. I get nervous about 4lbs lost in a week anyway.

Hi everyone!

So, I've always been kind of afraid to weigh myself on a daily basis. I know myself well enough to know that daily weigh-ins could lead to bordering-on-unhealthy obsession, but I've never actually tried it. If nothing else, this will be good experiment. If I find myself fixating on the little fluctuations to much, I'll just stop.

My "official" weigh-in day is Monday (bolded).
