kisskiss- I definitely will keep y'all posted when we start. I'm a little nervous but I am looking forward to it. I'm so tired of the stagnant phase I have been in for a month so I am hoping it's going to kick my butt, big time! Also congrats on getting to 220.2, you're almost there!!
meka- Great that you are back to 229.4!!! I keep bouncing between 229 and 224.6 for the past month, it's aggrevating but we will get there, keep it up!
going2bskinny- Glad you are back! So sorry to hear about your leg
how long do you think you have for recovery? I have been trying to incorporate a lot more veggies and fruit in my diet recently, it's starting to make a difference in how I feel and it helps to stop all the cravings for junk that I used to have.
Chickie- I have been hovering around the same 5 pounds for about a month now. It's very frustrating but like you said you it's hard not to be down, I understand, but keep at it, every day, we both can bust through the rut!
So I did Day 1 of the 30 Day Shred today and it was more challenging than I expected but I really loved it! I plan to complete the full 30 days, I've heard some people say to do it consecutively for 30 days and others say do it every other day. Not sure what would be best though.
As for Insanity, my husband and I are going to start it hopefully this weekend. I am looking forward to it, I know it's going to be super intense but I can't wait! I hope that the 30DayShred and Insanity can help me get off this almost plateau stage I have been at for too long!
