I would love to get my mum out walking with me but she thinks I walk too fast for her.

I've done this before. I know what it takes to get to where I want to be. The first few weeks are always hardest but once I adjust everything is so easy! I'm hoping my daughter will be up for all the challenges I've planned to get herself to a healthier weight and be happy with how she looks. I told her all she has to do is listen to me and stick to it and she'll lose like crazy! She's in size 18s, same as me, and says she only wants to work on getting back into her size 16s. But she'll be smaller than that. She just thinks it's going to be overwhelmingly HARD. She doesn't realize that little things add up! Like dancing, parking far from the store, cutting back on and or eliminating all sugar drinks. No matter what I'll be there to support and help her because she deserves to be happy with herself and feel as though she looks good. She's beautiful now but I'm sure everyone knows where she's coming from.
