Diana Been thinking/praying for you a lot while i wasn't posting much
since I've back away from the scale some,concentrating on what/when i eat more.Plus..I've been busier more now it seems
I've got all this energy,don't/can't sit still it seems

say to yourself I'm not going on my trip to just eat. I had to stop letting food be the center of where I am (my life).Enjoy the conversations of the people I'm with,exploring different areas(if out of town) and always looking for something healthy and sustainable to eat.You have a great plan already and I'm sure you'll do great
Carter,funny how when we see the scale go up.. like we get a kick in the pants,get mad and straighten up
..you're back in the zone,most of which is water,finding where you want to be, you like yourself.. which is the most important thing to me,Have done an awesome job and anything else you lose(more tone you get) will only be an added plus.
This December will be 3 years for me too.I'm at the point of focusing on where i can sustain my weight.I'm sure I'll bottom out eventually..I just always have a mindset of as if I'm trying to lose weight..which seems to help me not want to eat everything i see
and recognizing when I'm full,something i struggle with
As for me.. 150.2 today.Sodium got me.Very happy that fluctuations don't bother me any more.. knowing I was on plan.Just keep developing(making) this new lifestyle.
