I pushed through the soreness and pushed play on the DVD player for my workout. I wanted to skip another day but my body could bear it. Just a lil soreness, no aches, no pains.

Do you guys know how BADLY I have been wanting an Oreo, lol.

I picked up some cheese crackers and saw that they had about a million carbs and quickly put them back.

It's funny how I now look at the nutritional value of everything.

Went for a walk even though I feel horrible today. Also stayed completely on plan.

I did not binge when the garbage disposal went wacky spewing gunky stuff (along with egg yokes) under the sink and up the drain. I had to discenfect everything because of the egg yokes (samonella). BUT - I didn't eat over the frustration. Am grateful for that.

I went out to dinner and made good choices with normal-sized portions.

I walked into Anthropologie, went to the very large sale rack, picked up a bunch of small shirts, didn't try them on, took them home and they all fit.

yah, it was an ego boost for sure and I think motivated me!

I'm noticing that I can do more without getting tired. Did lots of walking around today while shopping.
