I was crazy tired today from lack of sleep last night (insomnia is SO fun...) and I still did everything I had planned, including my walk! The old me would have taken a nap on the couch, passed on the walk, and decided to run all of my errands "tomorrow". Yay!!!

What did I do today to make me proud?

I reached 70lb lost. 5 stone.

Happy? Oh yes.

(Just realised I posted in the 100 club - hope you don't mind )

Yesterday:
After I was done with work, I walked to the farmers' market and bought a bunch of fresh produce. Got about 5 lbs of potatoes, 2 lbs of peppers, 2 spaghetti squash, a pineapple, and carton of strawberries. I loaded it all into my backpack and walked farther still, to Walmart! I bought a 3 lb bag of flour, several bottled drinks, and a few cans of veggies.

Whew, that was quite a load to haul back home 3 miles.

I'm so proud of myself because I wouldn't have been able to carry all that just a couple months ago. I'm happy to see practical benefits from lifting weights for 2 months! Now I can haul a ridiculous amount of groceries on my back and arms for 3 miles!

I made dinner! Our AC is broken and it was HOT and miserable in here today! All I wanted to do was go out to eat with the hubs in some nice, cool, air conditioned restaurant. Instead I made our dinner as planned and we sat in front of some high powered fans all night, lol.

Default 3FC vs. snacking

I spent time motivating myself through reading 3fc instead of snacking on junk.

I actually jogged 1/4 mile today for the first time! I've never been able to make it that far before! I was so proud of myself!

I was so tempted to have hot chocolate, cake or a meat pie today, when I was at the shops. It's a miserable winters day, pouring with rain for the last week. And very busy on the roads and supermarkets.

But I prevailed, and only had a sushi roll instead, for lunch.....

While it is only 5pm still, I have manged to fight off the urges to go and get some chocolate so far I know I can stay healthy! I think the only reason I'm craving because TOM is due any day now.

I just had my weekly weigh in at Weight Watchers a few hours ago and I've lost 3.6 pounds .. so happy! I'm only 1.4 away from 25 pounds lost & only 3.7 until I'm in the 200's. I haven't been under 300 in about four years & in less than a month I know I will be able to reach 299.9! Feels so great!

I went grocery shopping with my son and for 1st time in 4 year bought only healthy food. As we where leaving I asked my son as he walked off with his cart to look in my cart and see what was missing. CASES OF COKE!! "Right on Mom I thought I'd never see the day". I came home and informed my skinny husband as he perused the bags that he'd have to shop for his own goodies now.
