Don't sell yourself short. There doesn't seem to be any real time conflict with not eating take out and exercising 2 more times a week, so why not go for both? Plan your meals so the take thing is a snap to avoid. Cook ahead and plan a meal using left-overs and you'll have time to exercise rather than cook. Train yourself to see the glass half full. It really is an attitude you can teach yourself to have. Everything will be easier with a positive outlook. Embrace every victory. Accept each failure for what it is - a single failure. Life is full of them. Just move on tho the next thing and succeed at it. One step at a time. You won't know whether or not you can do it unless you try.
