When I'm on plan, counting every bite and calorie that goes into my mouth, the whole world seems a little more manageable.

I just came back today and scrolled through the posts till I found yours! I always found such inspiration in your posts I'm glad to see you are still here.

I think some of the nicest things about being on plan is feeling sanity with food. Getting through each challenge helps me know that it is possible.

NEED MORE E-N-E-R-G-Y...must have energy. Miss having energy! Waiting to lose so I can get back some energy. What will be nice about being on plan? Some goshdarn energy!

I, too, hope to say that I'm feeling more energy when I start to lose. As if you hadn't guessed. :-) Hang in there, I'll be back to celebrate when I do get some back!

today the best thing about being on plan is not having my knees hurt when I get out of bed in the morning!
