I vowed to only weigh once every TWO weeks ... so Thursday was a 2-week weigh-in for me and I'm down 11 pounds since Jan2. I know a lot of this is water-weight, but it's a great start.

I MADE MY VALENTINE'S DAY GOAL!!!

I weighed in on Saturday morning at 225. This is the first goal I've EVER made in the three years or so I've been posting to this board.
