Hi everyone! I am new here, but thought I would go ahead and get started posting. I lost 7 pounds this week, on my first week. So, YAY -- that is always encouraging!
I vowed to only weigh once every TWO weeks ... so Thursday was a 2-week weigh-in for me and I'm down 11 pounds since Jan2. I know a lot of this is water-weight, but it's a great start.
