I will stay on plan today because I can't wait to get rid of the rest of this water weight so I can start saying bye-bye to the weight I regained...for good!
Because I got 2 hours of sleep last night (sick kiddo) and I refuse to derail all of my hard work this week by eating to stay awake. I already have to skip a workout, I will be on plan so that I can continue to have success!
I will stay on plan today because no one else can do it for me. I am responsible for myself, and going off plan will not create a new, healthier, thinner me!
