Twinmommaplusone I looked at your profile picture and compared to the picture you just took. You have done an awesome job. Amazing work! Turbo Fire is mostly cardio focused (5 Cardio workouts), but it also has Sculpting, Toning, Lower Body, Upper Body, Abs, Core, and 4 HIIT workouts. It's a full program. I do cardio every day. The program really fits me well because I really enjoy cardio and that's what its focus is.
Angie Great job on getting back to moving more. Has everything healed since the surgery? Has the Dr. released you to exercise?

For how not hungry I was on Saturday I made up for it on Sunday. I was HUNGRY. I'm really proud of making it through it without resorting to a binge or unhealthy foods. Didn't even have any sugar. But I hope it's not always this hard.
re: Patience. Gosh yes! I am a VERY impatient person and get easily discouraged if something I want takes too long. trying very hard this go around to make myself understand the ups and downs of weight. Ugh
That being said, I am down a bit and happy about that - maybe the mile walk I did helped. I have yet to get on an exercise routine, so hopefully this will fuel the fitness fire:

Had a great weekend. Playdate on Saturday for the whole afternoon. Rollerskating on Sunday. So much fun! Just a quick check in for me. Lots to do at work. My scale is wonky this morning. My body is too. I feel sore today. Not sure from what. LOL Not worried at ALL!! Was perfectly on plan all weekend long and I will be again today! Take THAT scale!!!
