For me, it would be to be out with my friends and have a guy come and flirt with me first (I'm usually the last one to get noticed). Or, to have my husband be jealous (or pleased) with how his friends look at me.

I just got another reason ... my daughter's godfather is getting married in Spring 2004. It's going to be a really swank affair in Newport, RI. Wow! I haven't been to anything swank in a LONG, LONG time!! And what is really cool is that it's so far away. Don't you hate it when you have an event (like a reunion) and you only have a few months to lose weight for it? And there's absolutely NO WAY you can reach goal in that amount of time? I've got a year and a half, time to reach goal and maintain it for a while! And keep building up my muscles so I can wear something to show off my arms!

And it doesn't matter that I'll know no one there except the bride and groom! I think I'll start cutting out pictures of dresses I like, make myself a little scrapbook or something, and use it for inspiration (hmmm ... another friend is supposed to be getting married around the same time - hope they don't pick the same weekend! - I'll have to see if she has any bride magazines she wants to toss my way)
