I'm counting calories and low carbs. I mostly stay away from processed foods, too, except for my one sugar free jello pudding a day. I journal every single morsel that goes in my mouth and when I reach my calorie limit, that's it for food for the day. And I walk/jog on the treadmill. Im in a different mindset this time...I'm going to lose this weight and keep it off...no maybe, it's a fact. I've never been that confident before, but this time, I am. I will be a normal weight and I will not be over weight ever again (I say that to myself every morning).
