I weigh every day but only once a day lol.
It's part of my learning objectives, that I begin to be able to deserve the peculiar fluctuations of my body without getting too stressed. It's really beginning to work, and I'm enjoying the feeling I get of almost looking at what's happening scientifically, not emotionally. TBH, I haven't been able to work out any reasons for the patterns but at least I'm not cursing the diet gods on a daily basis.
