Ummm, NAKED. In the morning, after peeing and emptying the bowels if possible. Now obviously that's if you weigh in at home. If you're weighing in at say a gym, then that's another story. I'm not really looking to traumatize anyone or anything.
Erika, I currently weigh weekly at work as part of my "Biggest Loser" contest. i weigh with my scrubs on, and no shoes. Its about the same amount of clothing each week, so i think its accurate. On another note, i just wanted to say, RockinRobin, i just love your posts, and i am very impressed with your wt loss! you must be so proud, you are doing great I like your positive attitude too. The only one I count is the one in the morning, naked, after I've peed and gone, if needed, and right before I get in the bath. I weigh every morning. Sometimes, I weigh at night too, just because I find the daily fluctuations interesting, but I don't count those. They always run from 3 - 6 lbs higher in the evenings than in mornings.
i do it naked, in the morning following a visit to the bathroom before a shower. I weigh a few times a week now but mostly count my Sunday numbers. I used to hate to get on the scale. I have gone years without knowing my weight. I think knowing has been good for me, it takes me much longer to notice a change in the fit of my clothing.

I weigh at work, but try to wear similar clothing (in weight) every Wednesday. I also have found that I weigh less about 11 a.m. than I do at 8:30 or so...for some reason I lose up to 2 lbs over the course of the morning...I assume in water weight. I always take off my shoes too and go to the bathroom immediately before.
At home and I only take off my sneakers. I only weigh every couple of weeks as a guide so clothes aren't going to make a huge difference to me. I usually do it a night before I've worked out or ate anything.
I weigh on Monday morning at the same time each week after having gone to the toilet and just wearing my PJs. I weigh at home but have never felt the need to weigh naked, I figure my clothes won't weigh that much
I step on he scales every morning, after using the bathroom, just before I step into the shower, so I am naked. However I only post my WW WI which is on Saturday mornings and I try to wear the same light work out clothes each week. I go to WW before Curves.
At home, nekkid, first thing in the morning after taking care of business. At WW meetings, I take my shoes off, my hair clip off, and if I'm wearing a heavy sweater I take that off too. They won't let me take anything else off.
