Hi Everyone!

I've been lurking here for a week or so, and since my "lifestyle change" begins on Monday, when school starts, I thought I would join this challenge. I am now at 258lbs and am desperate not to reach 260lbs!

So, for this challenge I would like to lose 33lbs.

No scales to weigh myself over the week-end, but on Tuesday a.m. was still 243 lbs, and some of that I know is water retention, so didn't gain

I want to lose at least 27 lbs by Christmas in order to be sub-210.

Dec 4 - 210.5 (-2lb) (Still kind of meh about it! Rule to remember: Thou shalt not compare your progress to others!)
Dec 11 - 206 (-4.5) (Whoosh!!!Still don't believe it despite same # on 2 diff. scales. Passed Challenge goal)
Dec 18 - 208 (+2) (TOM + Not great food choices. Still under challenge goal, but will work extra hard this week)
Dec 25 - 206.5 (-1.5) (Not quite at my challenge low, but not bad! Still under my original goal so yay!!!)

I'm coming in a month late but since I an renewing my commitment to a healthy lifestyle I thought I would jump into this challenge. My goal is to lose 24 lbs by Christmas (goal weight 263).

I would love to join in!! I'd like to lose 40 lbs by Christmas. That would put me at 245. I know I'm joining in a month late, and that only gives me 16 weeks to do it in, but oooh it would be nice. I have my weights from the beginning of the challenge should I post those toO? I guess I will and if I'm doing it wrong, someone feel free to tell me. Also my weigh in is Sunday, so I'll just put my SUnday's weigh in on that spot, if that's ok?
