I wish I'd found this post earlier - but that's my fault for never clicking on it! I started my weight loss at the beginning of August, so I'm going to post my old weights too, hope that's okay. My goal for Christmas is 225lb. The lowest I've been as an adult is 230, for like 5 months, so that 225 is pretty exciting. I've only tried to lose once or twice before and neither effort was very serious. I'm much more confident this time and I don't feel like I'm on a diet. It's more like a MASSIVE overhaul of my eating habits -- I can still eat that brownie or go out to brunch, I just can't do it
every single day.

(Actually my all-time high could have been in the low 290s, but I wouldn't know cause I never weighed myself. So, in my world, it never happened.
