I love this site!
http://www.scientificpsychic.com/fitness/diet.html
It uses measurements to tell you your body fat percentage. I don't care if it's not accurate, I like it!
I figure it's got to be more accurate than the hand held device at the gym. Look at what I got!!
Body Mass Index: 31.4 kg/m2
Waist-to-Height ratio: 0.49
Percent Body Fat: 30.5%
Lean Body Mass: 126.8 lb
Quote:
Your BMI is greater than normal, but your waist-to-height ratio is normal.
You may be overweight or have unusual mass distribution.
Your diet should contain at least 92 grams of protein per day.

See the bolded part above?
I have "unusual mass distribution".
I think, dare I hope, perhaps...I have MUSCLE!
I have a "normal" waist/hip ratio. That's the first time "normal" has appeared with regards to my weight. Yippy! AND that body fat percentage brings me to the "poor" category on the chart I have.
Funny, I'm happy about that, but at least I'm on the gosh darn chart!
