I was sick for a few days - some issues with painful ovulation. Something new I am having to deal with. So I didn't work out for about 3 days and I was retaining a lot of fluid and just not eating well because I wasn't eating much of anything. I ended up with a 2 lb weight gain last week when I weighed. (I didn't change my ticker - I hate to make it go up lol)
This week - I left on Thursday and took a trip to AL to see my daughter. I have been way off track with food and exercise. I have been still tracking everything I eat but I know my calories are up and my exercise is down. I am still making time to exercise though. I feel it's important to try and stay on task as much as possible.
I have no doubt it will be another gain this week - but I will be home on late Wed and plan on getting right back into things again!!
