Default I'm new! Saying hello. :)

Hi! I'm Krista and was told about 3fc yesterday by a friend. I couldn't find how to edit a signature and put a weight ticker there but I started at 273 and am at 230.5 now. I haven't set a firm goal yet but would like to get to around 140.

I live in Alabama and work with horses, my dream job since I've been a kid. I'm not to the point I want to be with there but slowly working towards it!

I just wanted to say hello.

Welcome Krista! And congrats on the great progress you've made!!

you have to be a member for 20 days and have a certain number of posts before you can add a signature and a tracker. I was excited to get mine, so it was something to work towards for me. Keep posting, that 20 days will go fast!

Hey Krista,

Welcome! This is a great place to be. I kind of randomly stumbled upon it on google last July. This is honestly a great place and I definitely second your friends recommendation. Nothing beats the amount of encouragement and support on here. You can do it!

I think you have to either have a specific number of posts or have been a member for a specific amount of time (a week -10days or so) but I can't remember the specifics on that. (you should be able to find the info on forum help).

OH good!! That just gives me something to work towards. haha. I'm goal oriented so I'll definitely be working on that to get my ticker!
