I'm back and ready to try this again! I took a hiatus to work on my spiritual health. Unfortunately, I forgot that I'm a spiritual, mental....and physical creation. I have to strive for good health in all three areas of my life. I'm doing well spiritually and mentally, but I've put some weight back on. *sigh*

I'm looking forward to meeting some of you for the first time and renewing some old friendships.

Here's to a thinner year and good health.

Rhonda I was actually thinking about you a few weeks ago.

I am so glad that you've returned. I KNOW for certain, for CERTAIN, that you CAN do this. It's a doable thing and therefore you CAN do it. I really, really, really want you to know this. I want you to know it and believe it. Hang onto that knowledge. And than get out there and make it happen! You've got the power, you've got the ability, you hold the key.
