whoohoo...got my five days in... today I was going to do the treadmill, but hubby was sick, and I mean SICK, and I don't drive, so I had to walk to get him some gatorade, because he was really, really worrying me... well, I was scared to leave him home alone for too long, so I ran half the way... I haven't run in years, and don't plan on doing it again any time soon
rough stuff... luckily, he's doing better, and now I got my aerobic workout in... gonna do some crunches before bed too, as many as I can handle...
