What are the biggest "lies" you were telling yourself before you started this weightloss journey?

#1 that I was drinking lots of water a day. HA! I was the sahara desert before, compared to Niagra Falls now!!

#2 There were other people who were "fatter" than me, so why should I worry?

#3 My size had nothing to do with my health

#4 I hadn't gained weight since I got married (even though my clothes weren't fitting right anymore and I'd gained stretch marks)

That it didn't really matter, and that I could be happy how I was... that looks don't matter, it's the person inside that counts - part of that is true, but looks DO matter when you're as ashamed and disgusted with yourself as I was at my heaviest!!
