Talking Butt Movers #2

Sorry I'm late...I'm having a bit of trouble motivating...blaaaaaah! Well, it's a new week, and my butt may not be moving as hard as it was before, but, it's moving, for today, log me for some squats, crunches, lunges...and so on...short sets, 2 sets of 10... but better than nothing, I'm afraid if I do too much, I'll have no energy for tomorrow... Not been doing all that great on foods either, trying to get back on track with that tomorrow... I have at least been drinking LOTS of water... gonna do some detox tea before bed tonight... see if I can pull myself through this...maybe do a couple days of fresh juice for b-fast too...ok, I'm out of here for now.... oh yeah, add some intense stretching to that log of butt moving for today :-D

Kath present and accounted for...

Got my fanny into the gym today. Had a good workout... 30 minutes, brisk walking. 1 workout down for the week... 4 more to go. Felt good to sweat.

Butt Movers rock!

Well it's time for me to get my but moving as well. I have been off all winter (winter job, to many hours)

This week has me off to a great start and hopefully i'll keep it up

Monday: bike 1/2 hour, upper body weights, 1/2 mile in pool
Tuesday: water aerobics, and 1/2 mile in pool

good so far. I'm going to try to keep it up at least 5 days a week and then i have to chace my children around so we'll see.

Great job to everyone else.

Talking Yeah, I know, late again...haha

Butttttt...I did get some butt moving in today, one full body super set with the weights... those of you who do weights should look into the super set deal...talk about a workout, it's one full circuit all of your weight exercises, ten reps of each, one right into the other, no pause, no sets... gets the job done, full on intensity, quick (but not easy, lemme tell ya)

Angry I finally did it!

Now I can finally say I moved my butt off the couch! 35 minutes on the treadmill, and weight machines for shoulders, back, pecs, and triceps!

I feel so much better just because I DID it! dizzy:

Btw, do any of you all go into the chat room? I go in every time I'm here, but no one's ever there.:

Yesterday I dug out old Ricard Simmons tapes and got 5min. into a workout. I'll try for 10 today. Other exercise was going up and down my steps till I was breathless. Does that count?

Well today wasn't a good day for me. I stayed home to wait for a package from my husband ( he got me a very pretty necklace ) and by the time ups got here my girls were taking a late nap. So they didn't get up till after 7pm. Then it was to late to go to the gym. I know just an excuse. O'well I plan to go in the morning tomorrow.

I did a lot of spring cleaning if that counts LOL

Have a great one girls
