Well, I am new here and it looks as though I have come to the right place for some great support. I am finally getting serious about losing weight and will probably need some motivation to keep on exercising! I can't wait to begin!

We all have trouble at one time or another with the excercise thing so know you are not alone, and you've come to the right place. Hope to see you around the board often.
To keep motivated this is the place to be!! Why not pick a reasonable goal for Easter and join in on our Easter Goals thread (something like 5 pounds since Easter is 2 1/2 weeks away.) The more I post here the better I stay on track so I recomend that you post often-good luck to you!
Hi there, welcome on board. You are totally correct this is the place to be. I researched eveery weight support group on the web before I decided on this one and it was the best choise I ever made. Make yourself comfy and lets find our groove!!!! Jumping jello is to , to cool.

Welcome J-to tha ello sorry, just read something about Ms. Lopez.... err Mrs. Judd? Oh well, n/m, way off there...lol, as I was saying welcome to our cozy lil circle of friends...which is steadily shrinking...not because of people leaving, but people losing the pounds
