I'm staying on plan today because even though the scale is giving me a bad number, I know I've been on plan and I know I've been exercising. I refuse to hand over my power to a stupid scale.
I'm staying on plan today because eating in response to stress only causes more stress... so I will do something else instead. Staying in control of my food is one thing that I have control over.
Im staying on plan today because I am so close to the 180's I can see it. And I have lost the first 10lbs of a set of 7..so only 6x10 to go...and the last 10 was not as hard as I though once you break it down.
I'm staying on plan today because I woke up with a horrible headache and my first thoughts were comfort foods... and I know they aren't going to help me tomarrow... so I will stay away from them!
