I stayed the same this week. I noticed that when I'm not as strict keeping up with counting my points I tend to slip a bit. My goal this week is to keep my point calculator on me at all times so I can keep up with counting my points.

I lost 5lbs this week!!! almost to my Mother's day goal already!!! I may have to make it larger!!! LOL once I meet it I will add more to it depending how many weeks more I have till Mother's day!

I'm down a pound... and headed out for a business trip this week so my goal for the week will be making smart food choices and exercising every day. Also aiming to always have a bottle of water with me.

How did our Saturday WI'ers do? I was beyond bloated yesterday... so I did WI today. back to Saturday next week!

Valpal - I was bloated yesterday and weighed in today too. I don't think it made a difference though. My scale says I stayed the same.

I hate TOM and being sick. I didn't do anything differently except I wasn't able to exercise as much. Oh well...next week will be better!
