That's how I'm doing it. By the seasons. I can aim for 25 lbs per season. A high goal, but I can try.

I'm doing a challenge in the WW forum for the spring season....I still have 12 pounds to go on that challenge, so I'll work to see if I can get them off by Memorial Day. Count me in!

Default yay a goal

Hello everyone...I'm new to the group and pretty excited about how supportive everyone is here.

I like doing challenges/having goals because I always seem to do better when I have something concrete to compete against.

Ideally I'd like to loose 20 lbs in 7 weeks but I think I'm going to be logical and aim for 15lbs.

I think I'll go with the popular number and aim for 12. Woo hoo... That will put me in a weight that I haven't seen in years.

I'm going to make my goal for anywhere in the 230's. Actually 235 would be fabulous as it would mark a total of 50 pounds for me.

Okay...I'll go 10 by memorial day. That's also my 14th wedding anniversary! Not only that it'll be the lightest I've been in 10 years.OMG! How awful to realize that the lightest I've been in 10 years is still in the 250's.<<shaking head>>

Terra,

I apologize-I forgot that there are members from other countries that do not celebrate Memorial Day. Thanks Jennylou for posting the date.

Take care,
Sherry

I'll go for 10. Hopefully that will help me stay on track during my cruise next month!

I want to do a major boogie on this and although I don't really like setting down specific goals, I just want to try my best to lose and see where I fall... My goal is 15 lbs by Memorial Day. Memorial day is a couple days after my birthday so it'll be good to be in the low 230s by then
