Hello! I am starting the Ultimate Weight Solution way of eating tomorrow.
I am used to eating a sugar free jello cup once a day.
I also am a big fan of dill pickles. I don't like sweet ones so that's not a problem! I noticed that these items weren't listed in the book unless I missed them. I don't have the handy pocket guide yet.
Also, in the book it lists nuts in shell as okay but shelled nuts as avoid. I assume they mean that if the nuts are shelled they could have salt or sugar added? If I remember nuts are a limited food.
I can't wait to get started! I watched the show today and his wife cooked some really good looking dishes. I am going to buy the cookbook next.
I think this is something I can live with! TIA!
