Question U On Diet ?

Hi I Am 330lb And Starting The U On A Diet Plan, I Know U Dont Count Calories Is Eating 3 Meal A Day - No Snacks Alright It Will Be About 1200-1400

Oh....there are snacks!!!!! Just the right kind of snacks!!!! Stay away from the white stuff, avoid HFCS and limit fat grams. Stay as natural as possible. Eat solid fruits, walnuts, drink water and detox your system of all the bad stuff.

i see you are doing really good on your weight loss can u tell me what r u doing? exercising? seems like when i snack i dont stop

My Chubby Cheeks- online there is a calorie requirement calculator and if you do your current weight, then your ideal weight.. then get the number in between and you can lose weight easier that way- at least thats the way I started- If you go to You on a Diet online, it has all those tools

I am just learning about this book. Is it worth purchasing? Have many of you had success with this diet plan? Just trying to get all the info. I can before I spend another $$$ for a book to add to my collection!

I think it's a great plan, but you don't really have to buy the book just yet, if you want to try it out. There is a lot of resources about it on realage.com. Also, check out our "stickies" at the top of the forum page - Kim posted the "99-second" edition of YOAD which you can check out.

Or, just check the book out from your local library. I will warn you though, there's a lot of in-depth reading in there - the doctors explain, in detail, the reasons why certain foods are better for you than others. A lot to take in, but very motivating!

Just like any other plan, if you stick to it, you will have great results. It does deliver the belly flattening it advertises. We've had gals here who have lost anywhere between 30 - 85# following this plan.

So, do join us - do some exploring on our stickies about the program and the grocery lists, and meet us over on the monthly thread when you are ready to get started! You will love this program!

I think what I love about the plan is how it reinforces healthy eating, you start eating this way, you feel better and want to continue eating this way.
Cravings for the bad stuff do go away.
