Thumbs up Pumpkin Mousse

Got the recipe at a meeting today. I tried it tonight and let me say it is soooo good. If you like Pumpkin Pie you'll love this.

PUMPKIN MOUSSE

1 cup 1% or skim milk
2 pkg. Instant Vanilla Pudding (fat free / sugar free)
1 tsp + 1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 8 oz container of fat-free cool whip

Mix everything together ( I did it in the order listed).

1 Cup = 2 points.

Note: If you don't use fat free/ sugar free pudding but use Instant fat-free instead the points are 4 pts. per cup.

Enjoy!

Captain Ladybug, how would this mouse be for using as a dip? Maybe with lowfat graham crackers or lowfat vanilla wafers....would it work?

I know this is an OLD thread, but I am bumping it with a question:

Is this *THE* actual Weight Watchers recipe? I have seen SO many recipes for "Weight Watchers Pumpkin Mousse" online and they all seem to be different. I have been making this one and assuming it is 2 points per cup, so I just wanted to bump this to be sure.
Thanks so much!!!
