I have over 100 pounds to loose and I think it is just great that other people are here for support and success stories. I find for me nothing raises my spirits higher then when i here someone else is doing it too. I started about a month ago on weight watcher and so far I have lost 8 pounds, which makes me pretty happy. i hope it is ok that i just dropped in on all of you guys. Raven
