Default 1966 Weight Watchers Cook Book!

I just found a 1966 WW cookbook. If anyone is looking for a recipe from wayyyyyy back when ask me. It might be in this book. I also found a WW "Simply the best" 250 Prize winning recipes from the new 123 Success program.

If you had an old recipe and lost it ask me I might have it in one of these two books.

OMG my moms old Cheese Cake Recipe from her WW days when I was really young is in the 1966 Book.

Note: this recipe is from 1966. I don't advise making this with raw eggs. I just posted it because it was fun to read. I love the part " Whizzed in blender" and " Crushing ice with a hammer. Boy and we think we have it hard!

No Cooking Chiffon Cheesecake

1 envelope unflavored gelatin
2 T. lemon juice
1/2 C. hot water
2 eggs separated ( They didn't worry about getting sick back then)
2 1/2 Tsp. Sugar substitute
18 oz. Cottage Cheese
1 C. crushed ice (easiest way is to wrap ice cubes in a towel and crush with a hammer) (hahaha No Ninja's back then)

Sprinkle gelatin on lemon juice placed in blender container. Add hot water, egg yolks, sugar substitute, cheese and crushed ice. Turn on blender on high speed and run until well blended. Fold in egg whites, beaten until they form peaks. Chill until set- this sets very gradually. Luncheon-4 servings Very easy, very good.

Notes: Cheesecake may be topped with 1/2 C. bread crumbs (1 slice bread whizzed in blender with 1/2 tsp. granulated sugar sub. and a piece of grated orange rind.

Default WW Muffin recipe using powdered milk?

Is there a recipe for banana or apple muffins using powdered milk instead of flour by any chance?
