Default Weigh in at home 11/13 - 11/19

Good mornning. Cingratulations to all the losers. Sorry I was a.w.o.l. last week but things were a bit crazy between work and trying to bake/cook and freeze for Thanksgiving.

I slept through my meeting this week (stayed up too late and opted to get a good 7 hours sleep, but I am back on track and I do believe this week will be a better one than the rough ones I've been having. I survived the challenge of the weekend (dinner out last night at a great Italian place) with one glass of wine, one garlic knot and taking home 1/2 the dinner (which I will happily have tonight.) I used my activity points plus 7 flex points but I that still leaves me with plenty for the week. My activity has been pretty good - almost every day (including PT); I got up a little earlier today to do a short yoga session since I will be home later than usual after work.

Time to go get ready for work,
Have a great one.
Judy

Hi everyone! I am usually the last poster for the week, but I weighed in a little late this week because I was on vacation. Went to Vegas (the land of all-you-can-eat) for a long weekend with my girlfriends. I was TERRIFIED to step on the scales when I got home, but I was down a pound even with a total free day in there (and that free day was with reckless abandon). I did notice that I just can't eat like I use to - - that was a little NSV in addition to the number on the scale going down! Hope everyone is having a great week and congrats on all of our losses; hugs to those that are struggling!

Great job, Mom2Q!! And hi, Judy!!!

I lost one pound again this week, so I'm down to 227. I thought I might see a gain this week, so I'm pretty happy with it. Two straight weeks of losing only one pound isn't the BEST result, but I did go over my points on two days this week and I missed a workout. I'm way ahead of schedule with my goal, so it should be ok. I'm just happy the scale's still moving in the right direction!!

I guys, well not a great week for me only down .6 but at least it was down. I was back at work so the exercise has been cut down to 4 days so that may have something to do with it. Hope everyone has a great week.

148.8 is awsome considering I've been acting like sweets are on the daily weight watcher's plan... I'm happy, I'm happy, I'm happy. A .4 gain - I'll take it - I'm tellin' ya, the sweets have gotten the best of me since last weigh in. Ok, I'm gonna do better this wk - T-giving is coming and I have to get .5 -1 lb off to compensate for the dressing, etc for next Thursday...

Thank goodness I've taken up jogging

Back to my usual Sunday weigh in day. Down 2.5 for the week! Yea! Not too bad considering that I did my weigh in on Tuesday for this week. I was worried though, we went to Joe's Crab Shack for dinner last night and I had my favorite Coconut Shrimp. I counted it and stayed on plan, but I don't feel like that is a Weight Watchers friendly food.

Sorry you've been talking to yourself Miss Cretia. Good job on the week. Have you tried the one point snack cakes from Weight Watchers? If you are having trouble with the sweet tooth that is how I battle it. The lemon ones are excellent although they are all good. They also come in chocolate and carrot cake.

Hope everyone has a wonderful (and on plan) Thanksgiving weekend! How many calories do we burn shopping on the day after? It should be some, fighting the crowd is hard work!
